Hostess – All Day Dining (Kitchen Six)

About the role

Join the vibrant All Day Dining team at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Hostess in Kitchen Six. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating operations in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, determine party size, and manage the waiting list.
• Seat guests at clean, prepared tables, pull out chairs, and present menus.
• Guide guests to their seats, assist with special seating requests, and provide directions within the dining area.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings for individual guests and larger groups, including those with special needs.
• Maintain an organized host station and ensure the dining floor is tidy and ready for service.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high‑volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
