About the role
The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess for its Arabic Specialty Restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating process.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size and escort them to clean, prepared tables.
- Pull out chairs, place menus, and ensure each setting includes a napkin, clean silverware and any required items.
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, safety and guest well‑being.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
- Check menus for current, clean and wrinkle‑free copies.
- Assist guests with special seating needs and provide any required assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
