Hostess – Beach Club Front‑of‑House

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a charismatic Hostess to be the first point of contact at Sirene by GAIA, a premier beachfront dining venue in Dubai. You will create welcoming first impressions for guests in a vibrant luxury beach club setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and waitlists.
• Maintain the host stand and lobby area in a tidy, presentable condition.
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure smooth seating flow and optimal table turnover.
• Provide accurate information about menus, venue facilities, and upcoming events.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a beach club or high‑end restaurant.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Currently residing in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
• Strong guest‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation and POS systems.
