About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences, handling everything from setting tables to serving guests and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and serve guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Stand, walk, and move around for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces.
- Handle menu items, lift objects up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
