About the role
FIVE Hotels and Resorts, a luxury hotel group, is hiring a Hostess for its Food and Beverage team in Dubai. The role delivers exceptional guest experiences at its lifestyle destinations, with a fixed monthly salary of AED 1,600.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly on arrival and lead front-of-house operations across all guest touchpoints
- Help guests find suitable seating and manage waitlists, giving accurate wait time estimates
- Remember guest preferences and maintain guest history records
- Process billing and payments following control procedures
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team and use sales techniques to upsell services and promotions
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
Required profile
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency required, additional languages a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance meeting FIVE's grooming standards
