About the role
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to all Food & Beverage outlet guests. The Hostess also greets and receives guests in the hotel’s restaurants, manages outlet inventory, handles cashier duties and supports the service team whenever needed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of personalized service to all Food & Beverage outlet guests.
- Receive and warmly welcome guests in the hotel’s restaurants, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience.
- Manage daily inventory of the food and beverage outlet, tracking stock levels accurately.
- Perform cashiering tasks, including processing payments and handling cash responsibly.
- Assist service staff with various duties as required, supporting smooth operations.
Required profile
- Hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Possess a minimum of two years’ proven experience in hotel operations.
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
