About the role
Azure Beach Dubai seeks a warm, well‑presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience at this premium beach club.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, confirm reservations, day passes and cabana bookings, and manage walk‑in flow during peak periods.
- Allocate and escort guests to sunbeds, cabanas and seating, coordinating with floor and reservations teams to keep availability up‑to‑date.
- Handle guest queries and minor concerns at the entrance, escalating issues when necessary.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience as a hostess in beach clubs, hotels, restaurants or high‑end hospitality venues.
- Professional, family‑friendly demeanor with strong organisational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation and table management systems.
- Good English communication; Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.
