About the role

As a Hostess at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay. You will greet, seat, and assist guests, contributing to memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and manage the host stand.
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing table turnover and guest preferences.
• Provide information about restaurant offerings, resort facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host area and coordinate with the service team.

Required skills
