Hostess - Mina Brasserie

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring a host for Mina Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai. The host welcomes guests and provides exceptional service during their dining experience, working alongside a team of servers. The hotel is located in the Dubai International Finance Centre and offers 106 accommodations, including 28 suites.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and recommend the setup of table sections.
• Keep each dining room section clean, make necessary improvements and check every table before opening so it is properly set.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information.

Required profile

• One to two years of previous experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; previous experience in a luxury hotel is considered an asset.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Strong communication skills.
