About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Westin El Sur creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, setting tables, and coordinating with the kitchen. The role involves active interaction with guests and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and handle billing.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
