Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will go beyond simply providing a clean room and fresh bed. You will help create a memorable and unique experience for every guest by maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock cleaning carts and maintain supplies throughout the property.
• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to uphold the hotel’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping policies and cleanliness standards.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide courteous service.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate team.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
