About the role

The Luxury Collection Resort in Ajman is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to ensure every guest experiences a pristine and welcoming environment. As a Guest Environment Expert you will play a vital part in delivering the high‑standard hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries.
• Stock and replenish housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Operation of housekeeping equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).
• Basic inventory stocking and supply management.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning and sanitation standards.
