Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Public Area Attendant

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel presents a clean, welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role goes beyond room cleaning, covering public areas, guest requests, and overall appearance of the property. You will be empowered to move freely throughout the hotel to keep all spaces spotless and support a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, lobbies, and other guest‑facing spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Ensure proper signage and supplies are stocked in public areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and assist with scheduled deep‑cleaning projects.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Uphold quality standards for cleanliness, uniform appearance, and professional communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle repetitive physical activity.
