About the role
The Hotel Cleanliness Shift Leader ensures that every guest experiences a spotless and welcoming environment throughout the property. This role combines hands‑on housekeeping duties with the responsibility of leading a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
- Maintain uniform appearance and professional communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while performing duties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
