Hotel Front Office Driver

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused driver to join the Front Office team at Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai. The role combines traditional driving duties with direct interaction with hotel guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and open car doors, escorting them to the lobby.
• Provide up‑to‑date information about hotel services and respond to guest queries.
• Conduct trips and drives using the hotel car or bus as required.
• Manage guests’ car keys and maintain the key cabinet.
• Ensure effective handover between shifts and communicate any guest issues to the manager on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and key storage.
• Support airport and crew transportation flow.
• Promote positive public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in front office or hotel transportation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Holder of a valid UAE heavy‑vehicle driving licence and knowledge of local traffic laws.
• Well‑presented, outgoing and friendly with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to unpredictable situations.

Required skills

• Valid heavy‑bus/truck driving licence (UAE).
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
