Hotel Guest Environment Cleaner – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Environment Cleaner to join our team at Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. In this role you will help create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring every room and public area is spotless, well‑stocked and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn over guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and replenishing amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms and pool areas.
• Stock cleaning carts and supply rooms with required items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Physically able to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and courteous communication.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and follow company policies.
