Hotel Lobby Hostess – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Lobby Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience. You will assist guests with directions, check‑in and check‑out guidance, and any immediate requests while ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the lobby.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with directions, check‑in and check‑out guidance and immediate requests.
• Manage guest flow and minimise waiting times in collaboration with the Front Office team.
• Build meaningful guest relationships and anticipate individual needs.
• Provide personalised recommendations to enhance the luxury hospitality experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a guest‑facing operational role within a 5‑star hotel.
• Professional and well‑groomed appearance with a passion for hospitality.
• Articulate, energetic and confident communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, handle guest complaints and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in a European language is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Opera property management system.
