Hotel Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is seeking a strategic Hotel Manager to lead property operations and act as General Manager in the incumbent’s absence. This senior position oversees all core departments, ensuring the brand’s service standards and financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitability and manage departmental budgets across Front Office, Retail, Fitness, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, F&B, and Events.
• Review financial statements, monitor capital expenditure, and align spending with service strategy.
• Coach department heads on occupancy, rate management, wage control, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute an operational strategy that supports the brand’s business objectives.
• Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and maintain high guest and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
• Proven background in hotel operations, sales, marketing or related professional areas.
• Strong leadership experience within luxury hospitality properties.
