Hotel Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the front‑office team at Atlantis Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the department’s Standard Operating Procedures and fire evacuation protocols.
• Collaborate with all front‑office and hotel departments to deliver consistent service.
• Respond to guest feedback, both positive and negative, and propose improvements.
• Attend pre‑shift and post‑shift briefings to stay informed about VIP guests, promotions, and room rates.
• Monitor market trends and suggest enhancements to hotel services.
• Review reservations, transportation requests, and room allocations, correcting errors before guest arrival.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, documenting incidents and informing the Front Office Manager.
• Maintain guest‑service equipment, signage, and vehicles in good condition and report any issues.
• Adhere to UAE laws, health and safety regulations, and the hotel’s credit policy.
• Promote incentive programs and guest questionnaires, gathering feedback to improve service.
