About the role
As a Hotel Runner you will support guests and staff by delivering items quickly and efficiently throughout the property. You will work across multiple departments, ensuring that guests receive what they need at the right moment, while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver items directly to guest rooms and provide assistance to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants and the front office.
- Move throughout the hotel, navigating stairs, service ramps and confined spaces while handling objects up to 55 lb without assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and uphold quality and appearance standards.
- Read and verify information on various formats, inspect tools and equipment, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling and placing items.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
