Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. Working under the supervision of the housekeeping team, you will ensure that every guest experiences a comfortable and spotless environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect keys and daily assignments, preparing the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance.
• Clean and replenish guest rooms, adhering to the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, following performance and safety standards.
• Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
• Coordinate with Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing.
• Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas, maintaining a professional and organized appearance.
• Report maintenance‑related issues to the Engineering Department.
• Consider guest needs in public areas and rooms, ensuring courteous service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with organizational policies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow supervisors’ instructions and hotel policies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Hospitality‑focused attitude with a dedication to guest satisfaction.
• Awareness of safety, health, and environmental procedures.
