Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to the Accor standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming environment throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve cleaning supplies, set up and maintain the cleaning cart and storerooms.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures and hard‑to‑reach areas using ladders or stools.
• Wash bathrooms, replace towels and amenities, and restock guest‑room supplies.
• Vacuum rooms, corridors and public areas, moving furniture as needed.
• Inspect room equipment, locks and furnishings, reporting any defects to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor and assist other departments when required.

Required profile

• Flexible to work nights, weekends and varying shifts.
• Responsible, dependable, punctual with a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and pass a background check.
• Physical capability to maneuver a fully loaded cart (up to 50 lb), push/pull, bend, kneel and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
