Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Discovery Dunes is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across its golf course, community areas, and member amenities. This role is pivotal in ensuring every space reflects the elevated standards of the community and enhances the member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end housekeeping operations for public areas, amenities and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Manage laundry and linen inventory, vendor relationships and quality control.
• Lead, train and schedule the housekeeping team, conducting daily inspections and quality audits.
• Control inventory, monitor costs and track budget performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate with F&B, Golf, Facilities and Events departments to support seamless operations.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Background in luxury hospitality, private clubs or high‑end residential communities preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated environments.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting.
