Housekeeping Manager - ME Dubai

About the role

Meliá Hotels International is looking for a Housekeeping Manager for its hotel in Dubai. The role leads, trains and motivates the housekeeping team to deliver luxury standards, while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver luxury standards
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all rooms and public areas
• Plan schedules, manning and deep-cleaning programmes for smooth operations
• Manage inventories of linen, cleaning equipment, guest supplies and minibar
• Handle guest requests and complaints and ensure guest preferences are met
• Coordinate daily with Front Office and Engineering on preventive maintenance and snag lists
• Control departmental costs and track productivity without compromising quality

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for luxury hospitality
