About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet the high quality standards of Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. The role coordinates daily housekeeping activities and acts as a liaison between multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect cleaned rooms and public areas, run sold‑room reports, verify status and prioritize cleaning tasks.
- Communicate room‑status changes, coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry, and document any discrepancies.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching housekeeping staff.
- Maintain safety, security and appearance standards, and complete required paperwork.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 lb unaided and operating housekeeping equipment.
- Proficiency in using computers or point‑of‑sale systems for work‑related information.
