Houseman – Luxury Hotel Linen Management

About the role

The Houseman ensures a continuous supply of clean, organized linen across all operational areas of the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. This position supports housekeeping by transporting, distributing, and collecting linens efficiently, helping maintain high hygiene standards and smooth hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies, keeping closets and storage areas organized and fully stocked with linens, toiletries, and cleaning items.
• Manage linen inventory, track usage, and ensure adequate supply for guest rooms and common areas while monitoring loss or damage.
• Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry facility, separating and handling items to preserve quality.
• Assist with delivering clean linens to guest rooms, ensuring they meet the resort’s standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify efficiency improvements, reduce waste, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping or Public Area Attendant in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
