About the role
The Housing Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems within the hotel property. The role ensures optimal temperature control, energy efficiency, and guest comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor energy/utilities usage.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Follow safety policies, report hazards, and maintain professional appearance.
Required profile
- Technical or vocational school degree.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification, and a valid driver’s license.
