About the role
Innovations Global is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator to support HR operations, ensure DMCC compliance, and manage daily office administration in Dubai. The role is ideal for professionals with strong UAE HR experience and hands‑on knowledge of DMCC Free Zone processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage DMCC portal activities, company documentation, licence renewals and visa‑related processes.
- Support employee onboarding, leave management, attendance tracking, payroll inputs and HR documentation.
- Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, travel arrangements, vehicle‑related matters and overall administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Hands‑on experience with DMCC Free Zone processes (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting.
