HR Business Partner – Fulfillment Center (PXT)

About the role

As an HR Business Partner for a UAE Fulfillment Center, you will provide generalist HR support to site leaders and a large contractual workforce. You will partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that improve operational performance and employee experience across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify systemic patterns, address root causes, and make high‑judgment decisions aligned with policy intent.
• Use data analytics to spot trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Execute employee engagement and recognition programs, maintaining a strong floor presence.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices in selection, development, and advancement.
• Champion inclusion initiatives and drive adoption of HR technology, AI tools, and self‑service platforms.
• Monitor site‑level PXT metrics, manage employee grievances, and scale new tech solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, mitigate risks, and write clear documentation.
• Experience working in fast‑paced operations environments, preferably with a contractual workforce.
