HR Business Partner – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join Reef Holding in Riyadh. In this full‑time position you will act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating business needs into effective people solutions that drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational departments to understand needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development and workforce planning.
• Analyze organizational challenges and recommend actions to improve productivity and workplace effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, support appraisal cycles, development plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Learning & Development to provide integrated solutions.
• Participate in workforce planning, analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and prepare data‑driven reports.
• Support change management initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee experience.
• Prepare regular HR performance reports and provide insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or organizational support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
• Problem‑solving and advisory capabilities.
