HR Development Trainer (Freelance/Part‑Time)

About the role

Element is creating a pool of freelance and part‑time trainers to support a major government HR capability development programme in the UAE. As an HR Development Trainer you will design and deliver applied learning workshops for HR Specialists, HR Business Partners and mid‑level managers across corporate organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate high‑quality, case‑based and interactive workshops on HR topics.
• Deliver specific modules, full programmes, or contribute as a member of a broader delivery faculty.
• Adapt content to the needs of diverse corporate audiences and ensure practical application.
• Collaborate with programme managers to align training with overall HR capability goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, consulting, organisational development or learning.
• Proven track record of facilitating learning workshops.
• Strong understanding of various HR frameworks in complex organisations.
• Ability to deliver applied, case‑based and interactive sessions.
• Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.
