HR Director – SnacksGrow Business Unit

About the role

The Human Resources Director will report to the Chief People Officer and lead a team of HR business partners for the Beverages and Food Business Unit. This senior role translates business strategy into a people agenda that drives workforce planning, talent management, performance, and culture across the unit.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the President and BU leadership to align people priorities with business goals and workforce needs.
• Ensure delivery of core HR services by leveraging HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services.
• Build talent pipelines for leadership, line‑manager and critical roles through succession planning, hiring, and development.
• Shape a high‑performance, values‑led culture that enhances engagement, accountability, collaboration and wellbeing.
• Lead the people side of transformation, including communication, leadership alignment and adoption of future‑ready ways of working.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or COE environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to lead difficult discussions.
