Human Resources Manager

About the role

The client, a leading manpower and facilities services provider in the UAE, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across the entire employee lifecycle. The role will drive HR strategy, support business growth, ensure compliance, and enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business plans and client manpower needs into HR priorities and workforce forecasts.
• Lead high‑volume recruitment for skilled, semi‑skilled, unskilled, technical and support categories, managing pipelines and agency relationships.
• Oversee employment documentation, visa/work‑permit coordination, onboarding, and master‑data maintenance.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs and ensure accurate, timely submission to payroll.
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, resignations and absenteeism.
• Analyse attrition trends, develop retention initiatives and promote a respectful employee relations culture.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, probation reviews and training needs.
• Maintain HR records, support audits, and continuously improve HR policies, processes and HRMS utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; postgraduate HR qualification preferred.
• 8‑12 years progressive HR experience, with 3‑5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in manpower outsourcing, staffing, facilities/services, construction or other workforce‑intensive environments.
• Proven ability to develop HR strategy, workforce planning and high‑volume recruitment.
