HR Executive - Corporate Services Company

About the role

A corporate services company in Dubai is looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role covers recruitment, employee relations and HR administration, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and personal files
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, NOCs and other HR letters
• Support payroll inputs, leave management and attendance tracking
• Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, labour contracts and other government formalities
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support to staff
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience as HR Executive or HR Coordinator in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices preferred
• Experience in a corporate services or business setup company is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred
