HR Executive – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking a process‑driven HR Executive to lead people operations for a leading real‑estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai. The role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on HR administration, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations while supporting high‑performing sales talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full hiring cycle for Property Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure all contracts and operations align with the 2026 UAE Labour Law updates.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, performance management, and culture‑building initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management via HR systems.
• Oversee RERA card applications and renewals for the sales team.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE‑based HR experience within a real‑estate brokerage.
• Current UAE residency.
• Strong headhunting ability for commission‑based sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of local labour law and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
