HR Executive - UAE, UK and US

About the role

An organisation is looking for an organised and approachable HR Executive with around three years of experience to manage daily HR operations across the UAE, UK and US. Working closely with operations and leadership, the role covers employee administration, onboarding, benefits, compliance and employee relations, with the aim of ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, inductions, probation reviews and offboarding
• Coordinate UAE visa applications, renewals and cancellations with relevant providers
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, benefits, health insurance and leave records
• Support employee relations, performance reviews and manager queries
• Keep HR policies, employee handbooks and compliance records up to date
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and internal HR communications
• Handle exit processes, final payroll inputs, visa cancellations and equipment returns

Required profile

• Around 3 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role
• Hands-on experience with UAE HR administration, immigration and employee benefits
• Experience supporting a multinational workforce
• Experience managing UK-based employees is an advantage
