Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist manages special employment cases, especially challenging and long-pending ones, by using a strong professional network with private-sector employers and recruitment decision-makers to secure placements. The role also supports departmental operations through database management, reporting, dashboard development, executive presentations and the use of AI-powered tools and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage special employment cases from initial assessment through placement and closure
• Engage directly with private-sector employers and use professional networks to find opportunities
• Resolve difficult and long-pending cases with tailored recruitment solutions
• Coordinate interviews, follow up on job offers and track placement outcomes
• Maintain accurate case records and give regular progress updates
• Maintain and update departmental databases and records
• Develop and update interactive dashboards
• Prepare weekly, monthly and executive management reports
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations
• Monitor recruitment outcomes, partnership activities and departmental KPIs
• Use approved AI tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent English and Arabic
