About the role

Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA) is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its Dubai team within the transportation and logistics sector. The role focuses on managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, and supporting immigration and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer day‑to‑day HR operations and employee administration.
  • Handle immigration, visa processing and related documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Utilise SAP SuccessFactors for HR data management and reporting.

Required profile

  • 4–5 years of professional HR experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE HR operations and administration.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with MOHRE procedures and the Wage Protection System.
  • Experience handling immigration and visa‑related processes.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law.
