HR Generalist (Emirati National)

About the role

BeyondTrust is seeking an HR Generalist who will support multiple business units across international regions, with a focus on the UAE market. Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partner, the role balances regional nuances with global HR standards and acts as a trusted partner for managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle for international regions and provide backup support for the Americas.
• Deliver day‑to‑day HR support, answer policy and benefits inquiries, and manage compliance training and probation reviews.
• Administer HR initiatives such as performance management, promotion cycles, and job changes.
• Conduct lower‑risk employee investigations and analyze turnover, eNPS and other metrics to guide business decisions.
• Lead the use of AI tools within HR to improve operational efficiency and co‑own strategic HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4+ years of full‑cycle HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional employee benefits and local employment regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgement and multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and basic reporting.
• Experience with AI tools to increase HR efficiency.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro, Lattice, or ServiceNow is a plus.
