Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations in a fast‑moving environment. The role involves handling recruitment, employee records, contract coordination and general HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR databases and confidential documentation.
• Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding, preparation of employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents.
• Provide administrative support for attendance, leave records and HR policy implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies.
