HR Generalist – Employee Life Cycle & Visa Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead day‑to‑day HR operations and support the full employee life cycle in the UAE. The role combines recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, visa administration and HR system management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmations, employee relations and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction, documentation and exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, attendance, leave and payroll support.
• Generate HR reports and maintain trackers for recruitment, leave and employee records.
• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID and labor‑related documentation in collaboration with PROs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities and grievance handling.
• Assist Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
