HR Manager (Russian Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who is fluent in Russian and English to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on driving recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a strong corporate culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for various functions.
• Manage employee onboarding and adaptation programs.
• Develop and promote corporate culture initiatives.
• Ensure all HR practices align with UAE labour laws.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR matters.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in an HR managerial or senior HR leadership role.
• Fluent in both Russian and English, spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Energetic, proactive and people‑oriented personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Russian language.
• Proficiency in English language.
