HR Officer – Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Officer who will lead the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting everyday HR operations. The role combines talent acquisition, onboarding, and administrative duties to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications.
• Post vacancies on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and the company career page.
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
• Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Support day‑to‑day HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and HR letters.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Assist payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Update employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as backup for other HR team members during peak periods or absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
