HR Recruiter – Bulk Recruitment

About the role

The employer is looking for an HR Executive (recruiter) to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and to support bulk recruitment needs. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and department heads
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and giving regular hiring updates
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline
• Working with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners
• Filling vacancies within the required timelines and supporting bulk recruitment based on operational needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of recruitment/HR experience in the UAE
• End-to-end recruitment experience; bulk recruitment and manpower/labor supply experience highly preferred
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines

• Communication, interviewing, negotiation and coordination skills
