HR Recruiter (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals for healthcare facilities across the GCC. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, source qualified talent and ensure a smooth hiring process from screening to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist doctors, nurses and allied health professionals for positions throughout the GCC.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare hiring managers and facility representatives.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and joining formalities.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Handle licensing and registration processes with DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA and other GCC authorities.
• Verify candidate eligibility against PQR and GCC requirements and stay updated on regional recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, passion for recruitment and proven ability to meet quotas.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
