HR & Recruiter (Onsite, Dubai)

About the role

RHK Properties is seeking a confident and experienced HR & Recruiter to join its fast‑growing real‑estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes while supporting day‑to‑day HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for real‑estate, sales, administration and operations positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct initial interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system.
• Handle routine HR tasks such as employee records, leave administration and policy updates.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE.
• Proven experience in both HR administration and recruitment.
• Strong communication and candidate‑management abilities.
• Available for an onsite role with immediate or short‑notice availability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and visa documentation processes.
