HR Specialist & Recruiter (Arabic Speakers)

About the role

Alhad Real Estate Broker LLC is looking for an experienced HR Specialist & Recruiter to lead recruitment activities and support daily HR operations in its Dubai office. The role focuses on attracting qualified real‑estate professionals, managing employee documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for brokers, consultants, sales managers, and support staff, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer preparation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, prepare contracts, and ensure new hires understand company policies and targets.
• Maintain confidential employee records, prepare HR letters, monitor contract expiries, and support payroll data provision.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and promote a performance‑driven environment.
• Support performance management by coordinating probation reviews, KPI setting, and tracking performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE employment practices and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR systems, job portals and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
