HR Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our human‑resources function in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations and compliance, supporting the growth of our tourism business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Utilise KEKA HRMS for HR data management (preferred).
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, leave administration and performance reviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and generate HR reports.
• Assist senior management with HR planning and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR supervisory role.
• Strong background in payroll processing.
• Fluency in Russian is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
