HR & Talent Acquisition Manager – DIFC, Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a career‑driven HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for legal, support and operational functions in our DIFC office. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle with autonomy and high visibility across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from intake briefing to offer for senior and specialist roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and proactive outreach.
• Leverage professional networks and UAE job boards for headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
• Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Strengthen employer brand on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of DIFC and UAE mainland employment law.
• Excellent communication, organization and discretion handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Proficiency with UAE job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to analyze hiring metrics and produce reports.
