About the role
The HSE Administrator will provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the HSE Director and team, ensuring accurate records and smooth communication across sites and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain HSE records, registers, reports and ensure proper filing.
- Coordinate HSE meetings, trainings, inspections and follow‑up actions.
- Track corrective actions, audit findings and support internal/external audits.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and dashboards using MS Office.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HSE, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HSE or related industries.
- UAE national candidates required.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation.
- First Aid and Firefighting training.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
